Computer Repair:
We will pick up your computer from your place of
business or residence or arrange to meet you
somewhere, if you have a laptop or feel
confident that you can unhook the tower
yourself.
There is a $20 charge to run
diagnostics
and troubleshoot your issue. We will give you a
complete estimate once the problem has been
identified. On defective hard drives or mother
boards, we will retrieve your data, if possible,
and reinstall it on your new computer for you or
provide you with a copy on CDROM.
Tip: If your computer is shutting down, do not
attempt a reboot too often since overheating
issues could be the cause and restarting your
computer repeatedly can cause damage to the
motherboard. Some
hardware problems often occur after installing
new hardware or downloading/installing new
software. Viruses, of course, could also have a
negative effect on your computer's performance. |

Software
Support:
There are many reasons why you might be
experiencing technical difficulties, from
slow-down to system shut-down. We can diagnose
your issue either onsite or take the computer to
be repaired in order to cause minimal disruption
of your daily routine.
If it becomes necessary to reinstall the
operating system, we will make every effort to
recover your data. Please keep in mind that most
software applications have to be reinstalled,
but any associated data files can be restored.
You need to supply us with all software cd's and
product keys. We will be glad to assist you in
identifying any software installed on your
computer.
One of the services we
offer is to either upgrade your current
operating system to a newer one or downgrade
from Vista to XP. This includes running a
compatibility report to make sure that all your
software and hardware will function properly and
provide you with the latest drivers. We can also
assist you with software conversions or
upgrades. |

Training:

We can provide training to you or your staff on
how to use certain applications in your own
environment in either a group setting or
one-on-one. Whether you have one person to be
trained or a whole group, we will charge an
hourly rate of just $35. Please call us with
your specific needs and requirements.
Are you one of those many people who feel
uncomfortable in a classroom environment? Do you
prefer to learn
at your own pace in the comfort of your own
home? We can set up private lessons on anything
from Computer 101, to working with images, and
learning how to use the many functions of
Outlook, or more complicated things like mail
merge and working with databases. |
